Lego War of the World

I usually don't have the enough patience to do a stop-motion film, but it's the lego that makes me want to make these films. It a way it also feels a lot like live-action film with lighting, setting and using the camera. Sometimes it's a great relief to stay away from Cintiqs and paper for a change.

I chose to make War of the World alien invasion during a war fought between humans.

The problem is... after several thousand image stills, the labor starts to get ya.  (But the pay off is great.)

The studio itself is in a very tight place. All I can say is, thank you!!! Green Screen!!!!

The tripod itself is pretty tiny. Extremely flimsy too. The tentacle legs were
added on later during post-production.
